Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the aSpace website and digital soil analysis services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by aSpace Company srl, a company registered in Italy. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

aSpace provides field-wide soil nutrient and pH estimates generated from satellite imagery and soil science models, validated against independent lab sampling. Reports are estimates intended to support — not replace — your own agronomic judgment and, where appropriate, professional advice.

2. Accounts and orders

To request a soil analysis report, you provide a field boundary and order details through our ordering platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including the field boundary used to generate your report.

3. Payment

Reports are priced per hectare as shown on our Pricing page. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying models or methodology
• Misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent order information

5. Intellectual property

The aSpace name, website, software, and analysis methodology are the property of aSpace and its licensors. Reports generated for your account are provided for your own use; reselling or redistributing raw report data without permission is not permitted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and reports are provided “as is” and “as available.” While our models are validated against independent lab sampling, we do not guarantee that any report will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Agronomic and financial decisions based on report data are made at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aSpace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to crop yield, input costs, or business decisions made in reliance on a report.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Brindisi, Italy have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
